Cake pops are a great way to use up left-over cake and icing (if you ever have such a thing!)
1. Mix cake crumbs with enough icing that it holds well together.
2. Form into little balls, about the size of a walnut
3. Pop some shortened skewers into each ball, to create your ‘pop’
4. Dip into melted chocolate of your choice
5. Add any sprinkles or decorations
6. Allow to set – and then get snacking on your pops!
