If you happen to have any brandy left over from Christmas, try making these tasty little brandy balls – perfect with a nice hot cup of coffee… or a brandy!
You will need:
Sprinkles/ coconut/ icing sugar – your preference for coating
1/5 Cup Icing Sugar
1/3 Cup Brandy
250g chopped walnuts
2 1/5 cups crushed Marie’s/ any biscuit really
750ml evaporated milk
185g chopped dark cooking chocolate
Stir evaporated milk and chocolate over a low heat until the chocolate has melted and the entire mixture has thickened. Add rest of ingredients, mixing well. Allow to cool for approximately half an hour. Shape into spheres, coat in your desired coating and place into fridge until ready to serve.
