Homemade ice cream is not as intimidating or labour intensive as you may think! This one uses just 2 ingredients, and does not require you to keep stirring it on and off for hours!
2 x Tins Condensed Milk (or Caramel Treat)
1 litre of cream
Beat cream until peaks form, fold in condensed milk and any chosen flavourings such as raisins and rum essence/ lemon curd (see separate blog recipe) etc. Place into a recycled ice cream container and into the freezer. Makes approximately just under 2 litres.
